- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Please note that processing time is separate from the actual shipping/delivery time.
3. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
At Spitema, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. Our standard delivery timeframe for all destinations is typically 10 to 15 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Details to keep in mind:
- Processing Time: Before shipping, all orders undergo a processing period of 1 to 3 business days for order verification, packaging, and quality checks.
- Transit Time: After dispatch, shipping carriers generally require 10 to 15 business days to deliver your package. This timeframe applies globally, covering all international destinations.
- Customs and Import Delays: Please note that customs clearance procedures, local import regulations, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public holidays may extend delivery times beyond our standard estimates.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
- Delayed Deliveries: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact our customer service team at spitema@outlook.com. We will assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.

4. Shipping Fees

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Spitema is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If this occurs:
- First, check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If the issue remains unresolved, please email us. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee compensation for lost/stolen items marked as delivered.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately at spitema@outlook.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Spitema is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
