  • Items should be returned in their original, unworn, and unused state, complete with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a return.

  • Please ensure returned merchandise is free from stains, odors, or defects caused by customer handling.

 

2. Products Excluded from Returns

  • Due to health and hygiene standards, certain categories are not eligible for return, including:

  • Undergarments, earrings, and other intimate or personal items.

3. How to Request a Return

To begin your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to spitema@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with return instructions.

  3. Carefully repack the item using the original packaging, attaching the RMA number inside the box.

  4. Ship your package back to the address provided in your return confirmation email using a trackable service.

  5. Retain your shipment tracking information until the return is completed.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except when Spitema is at fault.

  • We do not currently process direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Please include photographic evidence of the issue.
