You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to try your purchase at home and decide if it works for you.
2. Flexible Conditions
- Items may be tried on—light use is acceptable.
- Packaging, tags, or accessories are welcome but not strictly required.
- Items should be in reasonable and reusable condition when returned.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear or pierced jewelry) and final sale items may not be eligible unless defective.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at spitema@outlook.com with your order number and details.
- Our support team will reply with easy instructions—no complicated approvals.
- Ship the item back using any reliable courier. A trackable method is recommended but not mandatory.
- Once your return is confirmed, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are usually issued within 3–5 business days after your return is received.
- Funds will go back to your original PayPal account.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll refund you immediately and arrange a free replacement shipped directly to your home.
- In some cases, we may not require you to send the faulty item back.
5. Return Shipping
- For personal reasons (e.g., sizing or preference), return shipping is covered by the customer.
- If the issue is our responsibility, all costs are on us.
6. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return yours for a refund and place a new order. Our team will be happy to assist you with reordering.
